1. Use of the App

LearnToll is an iOS application that helps users stay focused by temporarily blocking selected apps using Apple's Screen Time API. To unlock blocked apps, users complete short learning sprints with flashcard quizzes.

2. No Account Required

LearnToll does not require you to create an account. All your learning progress is stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

LearnToll is free to download. A paid subscription is required to access premium features after your trial period ends. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policies.

4. Third-Party Services

LearnToll integrates with the following third-party services:

• Superwall – Subscription and paywall management
• PostHog – Anonymous product analytics to improve the app

We do not collect or sell personal information.

5. Screen Time & Family Controls

LearnToll uses Apple's Screen Time API to block apps on your device. You must explicitly authorize this access. The app cannot access the content of blocked apps or any data within them—it only manages which apps are temporarily restricted.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the app blocking features
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access.

7. Age Requirement

LearnToll is rated 4+ on the App Store. Users under 13 should use the app under parental supervision.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LearnToll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnToll and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
